ASPIRE HOUSE: The Heritage
ASPIRE DESIGN AND HOME is proud to announce its collaboration with NGC Development and Turpin Real Estate to present SHOW HOUSE: The Heritage. The Heritage Designer Show House, in Bernardsville, New Jersey. Opening in January of 2020, celebrated designers of the metro area will design three residences in this newly construction community.
The Heritage was originally the Parish House of Saint Bernard’s Church, designed in the gothic style with arts and crafts influences by architect Henry Janeway Hardenbergh. Hardenbergh is best known for designing some of Manhattan’s most luxurious structures, including The Dakota, The Plaza Hotel, and the original Waldorf Astoria. Today the original building, now referred to as The Great Hall, is home to four luxurious residences. And an expansion, known as The Collection, has been built in the same vein, to include sixteen additional luxury condominiums units.
A composition of timeless lines, beautiful materials, meticulous finishes, custom woodwork, designer appliances and light-filled spaces define The Heritage at Claremont. The exclusive site is situated in Bernardsville, a quiet and affluent community that offers easy access to championship golf courses, equestrian facilities, destination restaurants, and an easy commute to New York City, Newark Airport and all the major highways.
Construction is nearly complete on each of the over 2,000 square foot units reserved for our SHOW HOUSE designers. Each floor plan in the SHOW HOUSE includes 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a den, kitchen and living space, plus an outdoor terrace.
