What can I customize?
There are many finishes that are customizable including the flooring, appliances, counter tops, cabinetry, tiling, faucets, moldings etc. In addition, floor plans can also be adjusted while we are still in the construction phase.
What are the amenities?
In addition to the amenities list here, the Heritage is within 20 minutes of 7 private golf courses, equestrian facilities, excellent restaurants in Bernardsville with easy access to Morristown and NYC, Bernardsville train station two blocks away, Morristown / Teterboro / Newark airports and surrounded by many art galleries, historic sites, local & state parks, and preserved farmland.
How many parking spaces do I get and are they garaged?
All residences with two or three bedrooms are assigned 2 parking spaces in the private garage. Residences with one bedroom are assigned 1 parking space in the private garage.
Is there visitor parking?
Yes, there are several visitor parking spaces just outside of the secured private garage for residences.
How is the development secured?
Each residence is provided with secure key fobs which provide access to the underground parking garage where residents can use the two elevators or stairs. In addition, each residence door has key access only.
What is the square footage per residence? Can I see floorplans?
Are there elevators?
There are two dedicated and private elevators that take residents from the underground parking garage to the first or second floor of The Heritage.
I am concerned about noise…are the residences sound-proof?
Maintaining a quiet, private lifestyle at The Heritage is very important and as such, all walls, interior and exterior, are at least 6 inches think with sound attenuation insulation to minimize any noise from your neighbors, hallway or outside.
How far to shopping, town, restaurant, public transportation?
Downtown Bernardsville is only 2 blocks away which has many fine restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, the Bernardsville Train Station, and a bus stop. Morristown is a 15-minute car ride and New York City is about 1 hour away by car.
What are the taxes?
Taxes are assessed by the town and can be estimated at $1.991 per $100 of assessed valuation.
What are the HOA fees?
Is the church associated with the Heritage?
